Integrate and extend the organisations that are working with inland waterways as well as the users of inland waterways in the Baltic Sea region. To develop a common strategy for the future

A common basis for regional strategies for the development of the inland waterways and sea river systems in the Baltic Sea region presented on relevant technical and political levels.
